return or exchange policy?
At Rhino Screens, all our products are made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We kindly ask that all order details be confirmed carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us on the same day of delivery by emailing rhinoscreens@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
For custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Upon placing a order?
Our standard production lead time is 5-7 business
days. Once completed, shipping within the Western Cape or other Provinces typically takes 3-4
business days, depending on the courier’s schedule and conditions.
